SYNOPSIS
Alfonso is a 40 years man who works in a mechanical supply factory …and he loves football. He is married and, in the same way as his workmates, is not in a good economical situation.
The troubles begin when his company is bought by an American industrial group. The new managers impose new methods and ways working completely opposite to the easy character´ workers. Though different test, personal interviews and medical test, the managers want to fire the less efficient employees.
The tense situation grows up when the first workers are fired. Borja, one of the managers thinks that workers are unruly and try to humiliate him, and the personal troubles begin with Alfonso. In order to calm down the spirits is agreed to play a fraternization match in a yankie way. But American culture is not similar to the Spanish ones and football is not like baseball…
