RETRIBUTION the film debut of Dani de la Torre, arrives this week at the Italian theathers by the pretigious distributor Satine Film. The film, starring Luis Tosar, has been released in Italy on Thursday 31 March, preceded by excellent reviews from the press.
The Italian premiere of RETRIBUTION adds to his previous releases in Portugal, Mexico and Japan. The film also continues its tour festival, after attending the international competitions of Venice, San Sebastian, BFI London, Havana and Nantes, and will soon participate in the Brussels Fantastic International Film Festival (Belgium) and the Spanish Film Festival of Amsterdam (Netherlands).
These news add to the sale of the remake of RETRIBUTION in Germany, where Telepool, an important local media group, has acquired the rights to adapt the film. Netflix also has acquired the film for release in the US, UK, Scandinavia, Russia and several Latin American countries, confirming the success of the film internationally, which has been sold in more than 40 countries.
